Chris Hart

Chris has held various positions at ATS over the past 30 years. With an educational background in Manufacturing Engineering, Chris held progressively more senior positions within the Controls Engineering discipline before transitioning to Program Management. Within the PM Office, he effectively managed large complex programs and guided the operational development of core accounts before assuming the role of Director of Program Management. He then assumed the role of General Manager of the Cambridge Life Sciences Group prior to his role as VP of Operations where his focus was to deliver Operational excellence. In 2018, Chris became President, Life Sciences Group with global responsibilities for the commercial and operational aspects of ATS’ Life Sciences business.

Thomas Hayes
Vice President Global Sales, Life Sciences Group, ATS Automation

Tom began his career at Alcon (CIBA Vision) where he held various operations and leadership roles in contact lens manufacturing and aseptic processing of ophthalmic drugs and contact lens solutions. Under his leadership, his facilities twice received the Manufacturing Plant of the Year award. In 2004, Tom joined ATS as General Manager of Pre-Automation Solutions where he developed manufacturing strategies for medical device and pharmaceutical product owners who were preparing to launch new offerings or considering automated manufacturing solutions. Tom then moved into a Key Account Manager position where his innovative thinking and problem solving skills resulted in long-term partnerships for ATS. Most recently, Tom assumed the role of Vice President Global Sales for ATS Life Sciences, growing and coaching the global LS sales force into a strong and successful team.
Bill Guilfoile
Director of Comecer North America

Bill has spent his career in the custom automation business with several leading automation suppliers serving in various capacities including CTO. He also owned and operated a few custom automation businesses. Initially Bill joined the ATS Life Sciences Group as a Sales Manager, responsible for developing, penetrating and supporting key accounts with major pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and CMOs. Currently Bill is driving the expansion of Comecer in North America for all product divisions: Pharma, Radiopharma and ATMP. Bill leads sales, applications engineering, service and spare parts activities.
